this is one of the ibot issue which we face very often.
Scenario: The ibot was delivering mail if the report is in text format. it fails if it's in mhtml/pdf format.
on analysing we found it related to setting in SMTP server. the SMTP server was allowing only 3MB size of mail.
ibots not develiring emails,

in jobmanager, select the option debug and recycle scheduler service. Also check the following:
